30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all parts, accessories, and documentation.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, assembled, or modified products.
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper handling.
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).
  • Gift cards, if applicable.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, BrightPan will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
