Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or clearance sale reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
